  • Yes. Every product we sell is new. We do not sell used, open-box or refurbished items.

  • Yes. SiriusXM-ready stereos and SiriusXM antennas need an active SiriusXM subscription, sold separately by SiriusXM. Some stereos also need a separate SiriusXM tuner or antenna. Check the product description or call us before you order.

  • KVH Starlink kits need activation and a data plan, which are available only through KVH. We sell the hardware only.

  • You can return unused, complete items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@satellitesonic.com or call us with your order number to start a return. Once approved, we email you a return label and instructions.

  • Warranty coverage comes from each product's manufacturer. We do not add our own warranty, but we help you contact the manufacturer if you need to make a claim.

  • We ship to US addresses only. Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes about 3–8 business days after shipment.
